PP woven bags making machine, cutting, sewing and hot-melting. It’s an integrated machine combined cutting machine, sewing machine and hot-melting machine. It saves labor and makes bags producing more easily. It suits BOPP printing bags, pearl film bags and paper plastic composite bags etc.

12. Special edgefold mould which has gotten patent yet, totally hand-made and made of stainless steel. Single or double folded edge, uniform edgefold, the length of thread ends can be adjustable.
13. Easy to adjust the width of hem, range:1.5cm-2cm or 1.7cm-3cm (base on GSM)
14. Solid rollers(bearings) can make bags pass smoothly into next process.
15. This machine takes 360 degree hot-melt scissors, low noise, not easy to block bags, smooth operation.
16. Hot-melt rubber wheel made of special material, no viscose, good hardness, excellent adhesion
17. The adhesive tape is folded evenly, cutting tapes with two scissors to make the paper with the same length.
18. This machine can be used for different function, cutting & sewing & hot melting or cutting & sewing.
19. This machine is equipped with magnetic motors which adapt to different melting infinitely variable speeds
20. Easy operation. The machine is electrically integrated and controlled by PLC computer board, parameters setting, displaying and recording via PLC monitor, it is fully automatic. It can be operated by one person and saves labor.
