It’s a whole production line for BOPP printing bags, it consists of many machines, including Drying Mixer, Auto Feeder, Flat Yarn Extruder, Cam Winding Machine, Circular Loom Machine, Computer Control 6 Color BOPP Printing Machine, One Extruding Two Die Lamination Machine, Automatic Gusseting Machine, Auto Cutting & Sewing Machine, Ultrasonic Sealing Machine, Baling Machine, Waste Yarn Bobbin Cleaning Machine, Plastic Crusher and Recycling Granulator.
This production line can produce almost all kinds of PP woven bags can be found at market, such as normal PP woven bags, BOPP printing bags and PP laminated bags etc.
There are two lines for BOPP printing bags, A standard line and B standard line. They are different in flow, in A standard line, printing first and the laminating, and it’s Gravure Printing Machine, in B standard line, laminating first and then printing, and it’s Flexo Priting Machine
