6 shuttle circular loom for PP woven fabric
1. It adopts the most advanced small cam and connecting rod roller drive, which makes the operation easy and stable.
2. The slider and the slide bar are eliminated, and the vulnerable parts are reduced. All the mechanisms adopt rolling drive and are not lubricated by lubricating oil.
3. It can be equipped with automatic stop detection device for break of warp and weft, and the stop is sensitive and reliable.
4. Environmentally friendly products, noise ≤ 65DB.
5. It can work well even with low-strength flat wire made of 100% recycled plastic
6. High efficiency and energy saving, the maximum speed of the main motor can reach 180r/min, and the 3.0kw servo energy-saving motor can be used, with 3.0kw inverter, which can save 10,000 degrees of electricity per year compared with the original motor.
