This machine suitable for rice bag, fertilizer bag, feed bag, chemical bag and other bags laminating. Uses paper, plastic, non-woven fabric and aluminum foil as basic material, PP or PE as raw material, by casting to laminate double-side,double layer or three or multi-layer lamianting.
It is with automatic intelligent temperature control, auto feeding, auto drying,auto cloth on, air type laminating, air type round cutter edge cutting, air type backrest winding,air control auto fabric roll off function.

Detailed Configuration
I. Extruding Machine
①Screw size φ90*3000mm, material is alloy steel with nitrogen treatment
② The reducer adopts square hard tooth surface
③ Main motor is 15KW frequency conversion
④The die is inner and outer chroming mirror, inner heating, handwheel adjust the width, length 1000mm
⑤ Configure with auto feeding and drying

II. Main dragger
①4 rollers, 2 pcs rubber roller and 2pcs chorming steel roller, motor use 7.5KW frequency
②motor use 7.5KW frequency conversion with cycloid needle wheel speed reduce (High torque, no noise)
III. Bopp winding
4 pcs air shaft, 2 pcs 5kg magnetic powder tensioner OPP film, right and left stroke can be adjusted
IV. Vice- dragger
3KW frequency conversion, with the main traction synchronous speed control, with manual pneumatic cutting edge, with 3kw frequency motor
V. Rewinding
Pneumatic backrest,with 2pcs air shaft, with 6 cylinders, rolls change no need stop machine, the big rolls can be put on the groud by the two large cyliners automatically and slowly, safe and reliable, configure 3KW motor (with torque function)
VI. Electric cabinet
Configure with 12 pcs intelligent digital display temperature meter, temperature error is less than 1 degree, with 4 pcs transducer: 15KW, 7.5KW, 3.7KW, 5.5KW
The machine total power 80KW, real power need 40KW
