Performance specification

1.The host main engine reducer adopts vertical hard tooth surface helical gear, through high-frequency quenching treatment, durable, the system with automatic oil pump, oil transfer system is located outside the box, more convenient to operate.

2.The main machine adopts a new type of separating screw. The material of screw barrel is 38CrMoAlA. After nitride treatment, its hardness reaches above HV950. The screw melt efficiency is high, so that the extrusion volume is significantly increased, greatly reduce the loss, than the ordinary extrusion machine to reduce the loss of 0.025kw /kg.h. The screw has the characteristics of wear-resisting, high output, stable extrusion and 100% recycled material.

3.Screw ejector device is installed on the output shaft of reducer box of extruder. It is safer, faster and more convenient to remove the screw without damaging the screw thread.

A.The die head adopts hanger type, and the runner surface is polished and ground, which reduces the tendency of solution powder attached to the runner surface, improves the fluidity of melt and the uniform pressure of melt in the die head, and shorens the residence time of melt in the die head. The die lip is made of 38CrMoAlA, after nitriding treatment, the hardness is above HV950, and the grinding treatment has the advantages of wear-resisting, durable and not easy to deform. The die head adopts three independent heating zones on the left, middle and right, so that the melt temperature can be adjusted at will, thus making the flat film thickness more uniform.

C.The box is made of A3 steel plate, equipped with water flow stabilizer, water surface stabilizer, cooling time adjustment device. The tank adopts sliding type, which is conducive to the cleaning of die head and the treatment of membrane billet. The upper and lower adjustment device is used in the tank to determine the correct distance between water surface and die head.

D.Traction device

13 rollers are adopted, of which 4 are traction rollers, 5 are drawing rollers, 4 are shaping rollers, and the surface of the roller is plated with hard chromium to ensure its service life and stability.

E.Electrical devices

The machine is equipped with 1 main engine electric control cabinet and

2 traction control cabinet. The main electrical components are made of

domestic high-quality products, and the temperature control is digital display, making the operation more intuitive and convenient.
