It’s a whole production line for PP Raschel Bags, it consists of many machines, including Drying Mixer, Auto Feeder, Flat Yarn Extruder, Cam Winding Machine, Mesh Bag Knitting Machine,
Mesh Bag Cutting Machine, Baling Machine, Waste Yarn Bobbin Cleaning Machine, Plastic Crusher and Recycling Granulator.
This production line can produce only PP Raschel bags.
Characteristic
1. This machine is equipped with a magnetic motor which adapts to different printing speeds, ranging from 1800-4200pcs/h, infinitely variable speeds
2.The NBR ink roller which thickness is 10mm with metal anilox roller mesh number 200
3. The rubber ink roller is made of NBR, wear-resisting, corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
4. The ink roller & anilox roller and the anilox roller & printing roller can be on-off
5. The printing roller automatically tracks and separates
6. Anilox roller transfers ink, well-distributed, saves 35% ink, enhances the degree of printing finish
7. It is convenient to disassemble and clean the ink cartridge
8. It is easy to operate, soft starting, accurate color, pneumatic separation, small noise and energy saving
9. The counter can set printing quantity according to the requirement
10. Easy operation. The machine is electrically integrated and controlled by PLC computer board, parameters setting, displaying and recording via PLC monitor, it is fully automatic.
11. After the transmission extension, it can add drying and collecting function.
