It’s pp woven bags sewing machine, sewing bottom of PP fabric pieces to shape bags.
Its scope of application: kraft paper bags, fertilizer bags, color printing bags, composite bags, chemical bags, flour bags, rice bags, feed bags and other woven bags etc.
Characteristic
1. Newlong sewing machine can be optional
2. The sewing machine with two slide rails, convenience for installation and maintenance
3. Special edgefold mould which has gotten patent, totally hand-made and made of stainless steel. Single or double folded edge, uniform edgefold, the length of thread ends can be adjustable.
4. Easy to adjust the width of hem, range:1.5cm-2cm or 1.7cm-3cm (base on GSM)
5. Solid roller(bearing):7units for the left, 13units for the right.
Solid rollers(bearings) can make bags pass smoothly into next process.
6.Photoelectric switch, C1 C2
7.Easy operation. The machine is electrically integrated and controlled by PLC computer board, parameters setting, displaying and recording via PLC monitor, it is fully automatic. It can be operated by one person and saves labor.
8.The collecting part can accomplish bags counting, folding and transportation
9. Collecting rack made of carbon fibre, it can prevent static electricity effectively.
